Bambuser

Brand Implementation & Digital Design

Context

When I joined Bambuser, the company was in the middle of rolling out a refreshed brand identity. My role as Digital Designer was to bring this new direction to life across all digital and communication channels — from marketing campaigns and product showcases to sales enablement and internal tools.

Challenge

As Bambuser continued to grow globally, the brand needed a cohesive and scalable visual language that could support everything from product launches and client communication to community initiatives. The goal was to create clarity and consistency without losing the energy and pace of a fast-moving tech company.

Approach

— Designing and maintaining Bambase, an internal knowledge hub gathering best practices, onboarding guides, FAQs, webinars, and community resources for global teams.

— Creating animated product GIFs and motion assets to illustrate new product features across Bambuser’s four products — used in sales decks, presentations, social media, and internal launches.

— Co-creating the Video Commerce Success Manual, a digital playbook featuring articles, interviews, content calendars, and a shared video-commerce dictionary, aimed at helping partners and clients succeed with live shopping.

— Designing visuals and updates for Bambuser.com, social media, and event materials, ensuring the brand stayed consistent and expressive across all touchpoints.

Outcome

These initiatives strengthened Bambuser’s global visual identity and enabled teams to communicate more effectively — both internally and externally. The tools and assets we built together helped unify the brand experience, improve collaboration across departments, and establish a solid visual foundation for future growth.

Product Motion & Feature GIFs

To visualize new feature releases across Bambuser’s four products, I created a library of animated GIFs and motion assets.
These short, looping visuals were used in sales pitch decks, product presentations, social media, and internal communications — helping teams explain complex features in a simple and engaging way.
The animations became a key part of Bambuser’s storytelling, bridging product, marketing, and design.

Bambase — Knowledge Hub for
Global Teams

An internal platform designed to centralize Bambuser’s collective knowledge. Bambase gathers best practices, onboarding guides, FAQs, webinars, and community insights — making it easier for teams across markets to access tools and learnings in one place. I was responsible for the visual design and structure of the platform, creating a clear and flexible interface aligned with the refreshed brand identity.

Video Commerce Success Manual

A digital playbook created to help brands and partners succeed with live video shopping.
The manual included practical articles, interviews, a content calendar, and a shared video-commerce dictionary — turning insights from Bambuser’s experts into an accessible resource.
I developed the visual concept and layout, ensuring the publication reflected Bambuser’s tone and visual identity while remaining functional and easy to navigate.

Ongoing Design & Brand Support

As part of the in-house creative team, I work across a wide range of brand and marketing touchpoints — continuously evolving Bambuser’s visual expression.
This includes designing visuals and updates for Bambuser.com, creating social media content, and developing print and event materials for global activations.
By collaborating closely with marketing, product, and community teams, I help ensure brand consistency and visual quality across every channel — from quick-turn campaign assets to large-scale events.
