Café Svenskt Tenn is an extension of the iconic interior design house, offering a place where craftsmanship, design, and gastronomy meet. Located within the store at Strandvägen 5, the café reflects Svenskt Tenn’s philosophy — timeless elegance, quality materials, and a deep respect for Swedish tradition.

The brief was to create a cohesive visual identity for Café Svenskt Tenn that felt like a natural continuation of the main brand, while still giving the café its own distinct expression. The identity needed to communicate craftsmanship, quality, and heritage — but in a warm and approachable way suitable for a contemporary café environment.

We developed a visual identity rooted in Svenskt Tenn’s rich design heritage, yet adapted for the café’s more casual context. Elements such as custom patterns, typographic details, and material choices echoed the brand’s timeless aesthetic. The takeaway packaging, menus, and social media assets were designed to feel tactile, elegant, and understated — balancing tradition with modern simplicity.

The result is a cohesive identity that seamlessly bridges the world of interior design and culinary experience, capturing the essence of everyday luxury in true Svenskt Tenn spirit.
